6 Star Therapy hands down the best sports massage and therapeutic bodywork experience I’ve had in San Diego. I came in dealing with lower back pain, hip tightness, and shoulder mobility issues from CrossFit and weightlifting, and after just one session I felt a huge difference in my recovery and flexibility. The deep tissue massage work was incredibly targeted and effective, not just relaxing, but true clinical massage focused on fixing the root cause. He really understands athletic recovery and how to work with active people, especially BJJ/Jiu-Jitsu athletes and lifters. My posture improved immediately and the neck compression I’d been dealing with finally eased up. If you’re in Scripps Ranch, Miramar, or anywhere in North County looking for someone who actually understands performance, recovery, and pain relief, this is the place to go. Highly recommend for anyone serious about taking care of their body.

Specialist Khyran took the time to understand exactly where my pain and tension was coming from and customized the treatment specifically for my body and recovery needs. Had to try this place out because all of a sudden I was hearing about 6 star this and 6 star that. Lemme tell you, I was feeling extra stiff from working a desk job and being a mom of 2. I no longer am having low back and shoulder pain! I don’t like that he’s in Mira Mesa. But if you are, this is the only place you should go. He said I need to come back every two weeks to stabilize and Yes sir, I most certainly will. Thank you Khy!

I had an amazing experience with 6 Star Therapy USA. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and really focused on helping with pain relief and recovery instead of just a basic massage.
